Francis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Sherbrooke and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the École supérieure de commerce et management de Tours in France. He is President and CEO of Stratzer and has been a waste management consultant for 13 years. Mr. Fortin is recognized for his creativity, efficiency, transparency of his actions and his great capacity to propose innovative solutions to the organizations that trust him. He spends a lot of his time thinking about ways to reduce the environmental impact of current practices and to create winning solutions for the planet and society.
